During this process we may have collected written details (via email or a booking form) that may include your name and contact information, and digital photographs/ images of you (that may be identified as you) from your shoot with us. Your identifiable details come under data protection.

We will collect your contact details (from the Contact Me form) and if you decide to go ahead and book a photoshoot we will also collect details about your shoot, images from your shoot and images that may be identifiable as you.

Your data is provided to us directly by you from the Contact Me form on my website, phone calls, emails or face to face conversations.

How We Use Your Data

We collect this information so that we can carry out the photography service and offer you the best service.

 

Your contact details will not be shared with third parties other than to enable us to fulfil photographic services for you and to provide you with information about products and services that may be of interest to you.

We also keep your images to ensure we have your photos should you lose your images, require another copy or request prints or frames in the future.
